At Jethost we believe that payments should not be a concern or inconvenience for you.

Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or cheque, or Email Interac – please specify your preferred method of payment during sign-up and you will be provided with all relevant information. All credit card transactions are performed using the most secure 128 bit SSL methods available, to ensure your protection, further to this we are also PCI Compliant so your personal details are safe with us. Payments by cheque must be successfully received before any services will be activated.

Our refund policy is simple. If you are not happy with the service or find our products to be unsatisfactory, then please send an email to accounts@jethost.ca and we will discuss any issues with you, and offer a refund where appropriate.  Refunds will be given at the discretion of Company Management.
